Each issue of MC2 Magazine features news and information on current model and classic Minis, their owners, coverage of major Mini & MINI events, Mini history and heritage, technical articles and how-to information, product tests, profiles of MINI-related businesses, car features, and more! If it concerns Minis, MC2 -- The Independent American MINI Magazine for ALL Mini & MINI owners around the world -- has it handled! Issue Number 37 was mailed to all of our U.S. subscribers on April 4th. Canada and worldwide mailing was mailed April 12th. MC2 World Exclusive Scoop... Caught! MINI's Newest Concept Hidden Away In Munich Warehouse.
Although the immediate plans for the bumped-roof minibus are for limited use by school districts, we've learned that "Der Kleiner Bus," as it is known in-house will also be developed for limousine use in major several European metropolitan markets as a airport transfer bus. We also have heard that a version will be available for high-end hotels in the same manner that the Clubman is used for two luxury hotels in Hong Kong. There is no truth to the rumour on a MINI news website about a coming John Cooper Works version! There are no plans to sell this model in the US due to the diesel engine. MC2 launches our first e-zine sites... A few months ago we took our first leap into the paper cyberspace with our e-zine system. Thousands viewed our site and read issues #28- #32 for FREE the first month and wanted more viewing formats. Our http://mc2.epubxp.com is now viewable using almost all platforms from PDF to smart phones, but not Kindle-type readers. It's FREE to view, but not downloadable or printable on this system. Coming soon will be the re-launch of our GoMotoring MINI News site. MINI Cooper info, News, insight, scoops, club information, DIY/how-to, tech information, club information and so much more. Not just news from the factory on their sales and promotions, but real MINI Cooper news on the newest parts, mod's, racing, DIY & how-to from the aftermarket suppliers and advertisers of MC2. Ever eager to expand the brand offerings, we've learned that MINI has developed a minibus school bus for use in outlying districts. The vehicle, powered by a 2.0 liter turbocharged diesel that is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission features all wheel drive, is 24 feet long and seats up to 11 (including driver).
