With issue #52 we get ready to start our 10th year of publishing MC2. With our boldest move yet, we present our global exclusive interview with Monster Motorsports' special projects director, the first of a planned 3-part series about Monster Energy and their Dakar involvement. It's a series of interviews and behind-the-scenes reporting never undertaken by any magazine! (Thanks to Andy Cohen of CooperCRAP for the interviews!)

Additional to the interview, we get deep into last year's events with part II of the MTTS national crossing, part III of our MINI on the Mongol Rally, SCMM's Backbone Tour, MINIPalooza, MINIs In The Ozarks, and our firsr reoporting of the winning Hume family & friends on the Targa Newfoundland.

For tech we start on a 2-part autobody repair with friend & MINI owners Dale/Regina Blankenship of MAACO autobody, detail out a belt install with Pelican Parts, and ninstall the brand nw Canton Racing coolant reservoir tank.

Of course, we have the usual columns, reader's rides, too. Next issue we go cone carving with 3X SCCA national champion Craig Wilcox in his new column. You should buy a subscription eh :)
